Sponge Cola is a band with kitschy look and kitschy sound that never fails to amaze me. Tricia and I were walking around in Eastwood one evening and by some strange of luck (Good or Bad, depending on how you put it), we chanced upon Sponge Cola. It was a good thing I had my camera with me. We took turns shooting. It was a good run for the 17-40L we just got recently too.

I had a little bit of trouble shooting with the short range. The 17-40 is not long enough for events like these. It was a good thing my cam went up to 21 megapixels. I was able to crop like crazy.

I wish the Eastwood Central Plaza had more staple lights. It would make the mini concerts they have look even more awesome.

More lights with equate to more awesomeness and better shots! I was glad to have live view on my cam, it made dialing in the exposure so much easier.
