Running: Milo Half Marathon Training Plan

Time to train. Thanks to Runner’s World  for being my virtual coach and coming up with this plan.

It will be a hard 4 weeks ahead of me. It looks doable.

    if you have a garmin… nice to do the mileage and pace thing…. if you don’t have one… just go by time… minimum 1 hr, next do a 1 and a half and your long run is a two hour run.. in between do intervals…. the two hour run is crucial… its going to guarantee and no-walk race… 4 times to 5 times a week lang…
