Running: Trying to Get Fit Again

After the Botak 21k disappointment that I had last Sunday, I forced myself to run last night. I was a bit nervous as I was about to start my run. My body and joints still echoes that stress and effort it endured last Sunday. I could still feel some pains on my calves and feet. I still ran. I ran hard.

I was only armed with my iPod last night so I wasn’t really able to track my time and heart rate. All I could do was estimate what my total running time was which I think is about 6 or 7 songs. Not bad for an aching body. Hoping to do this again tonight. I need to get fit again.
