Today is March 4, 2009 and it is a Wednesday. Cars with plate numbers ending with 5 or 6 are banned from roaming major roads.  7 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 7 in the evening to be exact.
It was around 8:30 when I took a photo of your car running along Guadalupe.
